In the mid 2000’s, while building boards for Christian Wach, a ripple effect took shape. We set out to build a contemporary pintail log by leaning heavily into the wild s-deck boards of Bob Kennedy. Back then, our 44 model gained quite the loyal following, and today has continued on in many new versions carrying that original DNA. Quite simply, the 44.5 is the latest endeavor, geared to perfect a genre specific design into a progressive direction. Fast, stable, maneuverable, and levitating.
